About Jane
Jane has practiced physical therapy since 1978, the first eight years of her career in southern California, providing rehabilitation for patients with strokes and other neurological disorders. In 1985, Jane and her family relocated to the Seattle area and she began practicing in outpatient orthopedics. Being an empty nester and the weather were compelling reasons to return to southern California in 2009.
While in the Northwest, she attended numerous continuing education courses and completed advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy with a strong emphasis on biomechanics, mobilization/manipulation and the interaction of the extremity with the spine.
Jane’s special interest is in musculoskeletal conditions of the spine and extremities, identifying and correcting movement impairment strategies and treating vestibular dysfunction using a comprehensive assessment and exercise-based approach to manage dizziness and balance disorders.
She enjoys becoming a team partner with her patients to determine what is driving their pain/musculoskeletal dysfunction; empowering them to reach their optimal function/goals and be able to self-manage once “graduating” from physical therapy.

Cindi Raissen

Cindi is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (Klose and Vodder) and a Certified Massage Therapist. She also has a Surgical Technology Diploma and is a California State Licensed Esthetician.
About Cindi
As a 3B Melanoma Survivor, Cindi suffered through not only cancer, but 5 cellulitis infections due to her Lymphedema. In order to prevent the melanoma from spreading, Cindi had to undergo a lymph node dissection surgery of her left leg/groin area. Though this lymph node dissection surgery saved her life, Cindi was left with a high risk for developing Lymphedema. While on the plane back to South Africa to visit her family, Cindi's leg doubled in size. She then underwent intense decongestive Lymphedema treatment.
Over time Cindi developed a strong passion for the field of Lymphedema. She has learned how to cope and manage her condition while still enjoying a normal healthy life.
Cindi believes that she has turned her adversity into her strength to help and educate others on Lymphedema.

What our patients say about our staff:
"I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I got my life back (and my muscle too!)"
"My most positive experience in Physical Therapy has been at Weinstein and Associates Physical Therapy. The therapists were excellent, and took the time to listen to me, and explain my treatment plan. Everyone showed genuine concern for me. I will definitely recommend this clinic to a friend!"
"I loved the pleasant surrounding and the staff's sincere interest in my health. The facility is great, and I would definitely recommend them to a friend!"
"A huge thank-you to Cindi. I came to her in denial about my arm lymph edema, I have seen the incredible dramatic improvement in the swelling of my arm. It was so dramatic that I had to have my Tribute sent back for an adjustment. She has taught myself and my husband the massage tools for a lifelong management. I am so grateful to have been referred to her. Cindi is awesome and I can’t thank her enough!!! Gail L."
"Being a breast cancer survivor, lymphedema in my arm left me with a change in self image, and the inability to do any type of regular activity such as exercising, driving long distances, or flying.
"During treatment with Cindi, she taught me how to accept and love my body. She was patient, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She also taught he how to take care of my problem by myself. My arm is 1/2 the size it used to be, and I can now wear short sleeves again! Most importantly, I feel in control, healthy, and am looking forward to enjoying many more years of an active lifestyle, living fully with lymphedema. And this is all thanks to Cindi!"
